Flexible combi-cross DN 100-400 with blind flange on centre part. For water and neutral liquids to max. 70° C

The flexible combi-cross offers optimal flexibility in both installation and potential retrofit of the valves. It has a full bore in the centre part and can be supplied with valve sizes from DN80 up to max centre part size or alternatively a flange outlet or blind cap. The connection valves are mounted on the centre part by a two-part bracket system which ensures an easy vertical replacement/installation by valves in other dimensions without the need for special tools. The gate valves are in the renowned AVK design.

  • The centre outlet allows for easy insertion of a full bore cleaning device

  • The face-to-face dimension is kept to a minimum for convenient installation in chambers
  • Fixed, integral wedge nut of brass CW626N prevents vibration and ensures durability
  • Wedge fully vulcanised with drinking water approved EPDM rubber and equipped with wedge shoes to provide smooth operation
  • Large conical stem hole in the wedge prevents stagnant water
  • Wedge and body guide rails ensure stable operation
  • Stainless steel stem with wedge stop and rolled threads for high strength
  • Full circle thrust collar provides fixation of the stem and low free running torques
  • Triple safety stem sealing with an NBR wiper ring, a polyamide bearing with four NBR O-rings and an EPDM rubber manchette
  • Round EPDM bonnet gasket fixed in a recess
  • Countersunk and sealed stainless steel bonnet bolts encircled by the bonnet gasket
  • Full bore, low closing and operating torque
  • All flanges are free flanges without need for stud bolts
  • Fusion bonded epoxy coating in compliance with DIN 3476 part 1 and EN 14901, GSK approved
